Complaint against CityPress newspaper, allowing racism, lodged to SA Human Rights commission

Can you imagine a white person, employed as a columnist, in other words an official capacity, writes that Africans are the Europeans enemies? Trying to enforce stereotypes, distrust and hate? Racist! most people will shout. Yet, the same happened but with roles changed around, and it’s just “normal life”. Not with me.

I wasn’t too sure if I should be shocked at the article itself, or the poor judgement of the editor of City Press, allowing this racist, and murderer, to use a respected SA newspaper as a platform to spew hateful ideology, in a country which cannot afford it.

I have the support of Gregory Stanton and Genocide watch, that this should be investigated and it is a worrying trend that newspapers give extremists space to spread hate. Free speech you say? Then give Steve Hofmeyr and Dan Roodt a column too…..but that won’t happen…

Seems the National Democratic Revolution (Black Marxist Nationalism) is in full force in all spheres of power to give one flavour of opinion only. And not really an nation building opinion either, but one that will cause more friction and hate against a minority that is the punching bag of left tits…

Here follows my complaint which is now waiting for an official response from City Press’ editor, Farial Haffajee.

Assata Shakur support’s and is a member of the NBP, the New Black Panther Party, which incites hatred and murder in South Africa. (See links below)

Dear SA Human Rights Commission
(CC: SA media Ombudsman)

I want to bring the following article under your attention. Though this is media, and I can go to the media Ombudsman, I feel this is such a serious racism matter and enticement of violence, the HRC should investigate, WHY this person is allowed to write this in a major South African newspaper?
It was not done in a personal capacity such as writing a letter but as someone writing for the newspaper. I will copy in the ombudsman, for them to be aware of this, but I do not see this as a media incident, but one of enticement of racism towards a specific race.
1) A Newspaper officially make a murderer, Marxist and racist, that fled her country a “Columnist” to spread hate towards a certain race group. More so, that race group is a minority in South Africa already victims of extreme violence, torture and murder. She is given an official voice via a newspaper, at a time when South Africa cannot afford such nonsense and is stoked by racial violence and cheap shots by certain political parties.
2) Can you imagine if a white person said anything like this about Africans? It would be deemed racist. And rightly so. What makes it more concerning is that she is allowed to write that in the capacity of a newspaper columnist.

I would like a response, and investigation immediately and full  apology from the newspaper.
Waiting your feedback.
Kind Regards,
Henri

So who is Assata Shakur? A quick look at Wikipedia states: “In May 1973, Shakur was involved in a shootout on the New Jersey Turnpike, in which she was accused of killing New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster and grievously assaulting Trooper James Harper. BLA member Zayd Malik Shakur was also killed in the incident, and Shakur was wounded. Between 1973 and 1977, Shakur was indicted in relation to six other incidents—charged withmurder, attempted murder, armed robbery, bank robbery, and kidnapping—resulting in three acquittals and three dismissals. In 1977, she was convicted of the first-degree murder of Foerster and of seven other felonies related to the shootout.Shakur was incarcerated in several prisons in the ’70s. She escaped from prison in 1979 and has been living in Cuba.
